Classes take place in Studio One downstairs, the Cycle Studio, and our Fitness Pool.
We offer 42 indoor classes and 13 water aerobics classes.

*Please Note: There is no longer be a Cycle Ticket System. Cycle class sign-ups will begin an hour before each class. Class participants must be present. No phone calls accepted.
Group Exercise Room Rules:
* Only those members 13 years of age or older are allowed to attend Group Exercise classes.
* Shirts and closed toed shoes must be worn at all times.
* No street clothes are allowed in the Group Exercise room.
