Circuit-Fit (Programmed Aerobic/Anaerobic/Accommodating Circuit Exercise)
If you’re looking for a fun quick class try Circuit-Fit! We offer low-impact, air-compressed resistance training machines combined with bikes, steps and jogging boards for your cardio needs. This class is good for all levels!
Pilates Training
Pilates is a fitness program that begins by strengthening the core (deep abdominal and back muscles) and works outward to the extremities to create muscular balance. This training philosophy combines elements of yoga, breath work, weight training and gymnastics to bring the body into proper alignment. The focus is on strengthening and lengthening muscles in order to improve flexibility, posture, and circulation.
Fit Start Program
The Fit Start program is available for complimentary fitness orientations for our new members getting started within the first 60 days of their enrollment. The initial orientation includes body composition, health and goal assessments. An overview of the machines and their proper technique are also included. Please note that the orientation is not a personal training session. The orientation is to provide you with basic fitness information and to show you how to properly use the machines.
Aqua Health
A slower more controlled workout designed for individuals who are recovering from an injury, surgery, or for those coping with a chronic disorder such as Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, or Fibromyalgia.
