Stay on track with your New Year's Resolutions in 2010! During the month of January, Millennium Sportsclub person trainer, Megan Theideman, will be offering free fitness seminars to club members! A fitness related topic will be discussed each week. This is your chance to interact with one of our personal trainers in a relaxed setting, and learn some valuable fitness tools that will help you "win in 2010"!
Megan joined Millennium Sportsclub in December, and is excited to offer this opportunity to you! Prior to joining Millennium, Megan was a health and fitness professional in San Antonio, Texas for over three years. Her experience is in working with special populations and individuals pursuing weight loss goals. She also participated in several motivational and public speaking venues while in San Antonio, such as the Texas Weight Loss Surgery Summit, and the Case Management Society of South Texas Annual Meeting.

"Goal Setting and Acheiving Success"
The first week will focus in on setting goals, defining results, and acheiving success in the gym. Many people simply "go through the motions" without any specific goals in mind. "Exercise 101"
What does a good exercise program look like? Believe it or not, a majority of you are probably overlooking at least one part of a comprehensice exercise program. We will go back to the basics at this lecture, and discuss all of the components of exercise and the benefits of each.

This third week will explore ten common myths (or facts) of exercise. Don't miss this interactive talk...or you just might be left searching for the truth!
